Our “All Paws Welcome” Policy

We believe every dog deserves a loving home regardless of their DNA.

• No Breed Restrictions: We do not discriminate based on breed. All well-behaved pets are welcome to call Soltera Rolling Pines home.
• Pet Limit: We allow a maximum of 3 pets per apartment home.

The Details

• Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $400 per pet.
• Monthly Pet Rent: $30 per month, per pet.
